Speaking of Big Lots, the ones in my area had the packs of say 15 or 24 sheets of the same design of papers for only $1 pack.

I bought every kind I thought I could use, and then split it with a friend...yay!

Some of it was even two sided!!!

and all were 12 x 12.

Sounds like a good project for more than two crafters. We seldom want a dozen of the same thing.

I went to TM yesterday & they had some Big & Juicy pads. Not for me, but alerted a teacher friend who ran down and got them!

I also kept in mind that there is a customer yard sale at the local scrapbook store where they sell your unwanted, partially used or new things for whatever you ask, and you get store credit...wooHOO.

I got my score pal this way!!! Earned store credit one year!

so the excess stuff will probably land there...

Went to Tuesday morning yesterday and they had some nice paper. No stamps. They also had some big 3-ring binders by Martha Stewart that said 'Magazines' on the side. I thought that would be a good storage solution for old VSNs or RSMs

I went on Friday & they have tons of 99 cent deals...I got some 3-color rhinestone packs, chipboard embellishments & beads. I also bought numerous packs of DP for 1.99, 2.99 & 3.99, square organizer tabletop purse for 9.99 (which is where my colored pencils are in now), Cropper Hopper storage pieces for 2.99 & 4.99 & more. They had tons of multi-packs from what looked like HSC with 1,000+ pieces to make cards, scrapbooks, organization & more for 4.99 up to 14.99. They still have all kinds of deals on DP that's in card-making sets & single designs up to 25 ct in a pkg. I donated a ton of extra papers I had to the Domestic Violence Shelter that I got there a couple months ago for 1.99 for 25...nice shimmer sheets, embossed & double-sided papers.

thanks for the info. I have a couple of friends who will "benefit" from your email. We meet once a month at a library and have the best of times. Card making and scrapbooking are wonderful ways to make friends, have fun and spend your husband's money. jane
